Join the University of Reading’s UK Recruitment and Outreach team to support prospective students and applicants based in this region. This is a great opportunity to join us to cover a secondment from January to December 2024.
You will be responsible for the delivery and further development of a strategic programme of outreach, recruitment and conversion (post-application) activity on the South Coast. Your activities will be designed to respond to the specific context of HE progression in the region, ensuring that schools, students and parents receive the information they need both in-person and virtually. In doing so, your activities will directly increase applications and acceptances to the University of Reading from this area, particularly from groups that are under-represented at the university.

The role will be based from home with the post holder expected to live on the South Coast (Dorset, Hampshire or Sussex) and will require frequent travel around the region. You will be part of the UK Recruitment and Outreach team, and will need to maintain regular contact with colleagues based in Reading, as well as travelling to the University of Reading main campuses when necessary.
The role is fixed-term from January to end of December 2024.
