As the DeSHCA project moves into its legacy phase, the team has worked with Research, Innovation and Business Engagement (RIBE) directorate to develop a roadmap that explains how we build out from the successes of the UKRI funded DesHCA project and University’s Dementia Services Development Centre (DSDC) services into delivery of the Healthy Ageing and Intergenerational Living programme. This programme aims to make a lasting and positive impact on people's lives as they age.
