We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Student Experience Team who are responsible for providing all aspects of the professional services functions underpinning education, quality enhancement and student support for the School’s 2000+ Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught/Research students. Reporting to the Student Experience Team Leader (Enhancement), you will work closely with the Coordinators and with academic colleagues to contribute to delivery of the School’s wider operations related to our student experience. As part of the team, you will have particular responsibility for students in relation to pastoral matters and providing learning and teaching support within a HE context. You will act as a resource for staff within the School, with regard to pastoral support procedures and systems. You will develop and maintain a close working relationship with the Student Learning and Teaching Support Officers across the Faculty and signpost students to the various specialist support services within the University and liaise with those services as appropriate.
You should have a Degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience). Full employee specification and main duties of the role found within job description file.
This post is fixed term for up to 12 months to cover a period of Maternity Leave.
