This is an innovative role for a Researcher or Practitioner in social care with an interest in developing research in social care across Cornwall. You will need skills in working with staff to stimulate and support them in developing their knowledge of and interest in research.  You will be linked in to a growing network of researchers, research minded practice managers and social care staff, and supported by research staff from both the University and Cornwall Council. 

There is an essential requirement within this role that you will be required to travel to, as the role is Cornwall wide, and work at different University sites and/or other business locations that may not be easily accessible by public transport.  Please refer to the job description for further information.

This is a fixed-term post due to funding. The post can be either full-time (37 hours per week) for 5 months or part-time (18.5 hours per week) for 10 months (ending no later than 15th December 2024). Flexible working options including job share are welcome.
