Job description

Core duties include:   

  • To lead and manage student welcome & induction activity, delivering bespoke inductions to meet the specific needs of King’s Foundations students, liaising with key academic staff within the Department and as well as Professional Services Teams across the university.  

  • To lead on the design, delivery & data collection of student feedback for King’s Foundations and King’s Language Centre, working closely with the Student Experience Officer and key academic staff to ensure a joined-up approach to collating feedback from students.    

  •  To manage student communications, working closely with the Student Experience Manager and the wider Student Experience Team to create and maintain an effective and engaging student communications plan.   

  • Line management of the Student Experience Officer.  

This post is a Maternity Cover and will be offered on a fixed term contract for up to 1 year 

This is a full-time  post - 100% full time equivalent
