An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer to join Norwich Medical School. You will have an academic background in biological science, with a clear understanding of human integrative physiology. You will work to deliver a broad range of physiology teaching in the Department of Medical Education across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate provision. Working alongside the physiology lead, you will be in an exciting career building position to help define and shape the wider development of physiology provision within the School, aligning with the introduction of a new multimillion-pound basic science suite. Under the physiology header, the post will also help to establish research, lab resources, innovation and outreach opportunities. It is expected that you will collaborate closely with the anatomy theme, in addition to other themes in the school, to support the integration and translation of basic science knowledge into the clinical curriculum.
This full-time post is available from 1 June 2024 on an indefinite basis. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and appointment will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
