This is an exciting opportunity to join us in Warwick Foundation Studies (WFS) as a key member of our Business Development and Projects Delivery Team for a fixed term year-long contract.

This is your chance to support the delivery and growth of our acclaimed programmes, including our array of Summer Schools, pre-sessional English courses, and the Warwick International Foundation Programme (IFP). You’ll also support the team and the department as we expand our portfolio of exciting international programmes. 

We are on the hunt for a project support professional to assist us to maintain the smooth operation of the team and enable the successful delivery of our activities. You'll be joining a dynamic group of people working on a range of internationally-focussed activities with a clear mission to develop world-leading educational experiences. 

Your core responsibilities: 

  • To assist in the delivery and coordination of projects within the Business Development and Project Team.
  • To support in the execution of events, marketing, and communications plans.
  • To maintain and enhance the student experience through effective programme planning and delivery.
  • To execute a variety of project management administrative and finance tasks.
  • To act as an initial point of contact for our existing and prospective students, providing relevant information and advice.

This role will require an enhanced DBS check with child’s and adult's barred list.
