This is an exciting role at Warwick Business School (WBS/ the School), supporting a range of projects and initiatives to enhance our operations, policy and to support areas of strategic priority.
Reporting to the Academic Services Projects Manager, you will manage a portfolio of work that covers the brief of the Department relating primarily to the School’s Equality, Diversity & Inclusion agenda, including the Athena Swan action plan and associated initiatives.
You will also support other areas of academic operation including but not restricted to: Accreditation; GDPR; Assurance of Learning; Consumer Protection Law.
You will work alongside senior colleagues within WBS as well as engaging stakeholders at all levels across the wider University and at external organisations.
You will be expected to be able to communicate at a high-level, both verbally and in writing. With experience of managing a wide range of projects, this post will suit someone looking to develop a strong understanding of a leading Business School’s operations, as well as someone who is pro-active, motivated and keen to progress their career in University administration.
