The opportunity
We are seeking HR Services Administrators on a full-time basis, although applications will be considered on a part-time basis.
As a member of the HR Services team, you will work flexibly as part of a team and be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality Human Resources service across the University. The team operates across a wide-span of activity including recruitment and the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
About you
You will have relevant administrative experience and you will also have recent and relevant experience of undertaking complex transactional administrative work in a busy office, including experience of high-volume data entry. You will possess excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail. You will be able to work flexibly as part of the team that supports the delivery of an excellent and proactive service in line with operational deadlines and priorities. Above all else you will have the passion and enthusiasm for creating a great staff experience and positively supporting a culture of high performance, staff engagement, experience, and wellbeing.
