The Student Services team at St. Mary's University is dedicated to empowering students to thrive throughout their academic journey and beyond. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including accommodation, counselling, disability support, financial guidance, and pastoral care.
We are looking for a Senior Accommodation Officer to the lead on the day-to-day operations of our Accommodation Service, ensuring our university residences are fully occupied and providing the highest standard of living for our students. You'll also be responsible for crafting and implementing an effective communication strategy.
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for service excellence. You'll possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to think strategically and identify areas for improvement. You'll also be flexible, adaptable, and adept at motivating others to deliver exceptional customer service.
