This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to act as the first point of contact for Business School undergraduate students to provide specialist knowledge and serve as a key contact, addressing their concerns, questions, and needs and act as a coach to students, empowering them to own their student journey. You will work as part of the Education and Student Experience team and support the senior tutor team.

You will need excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and easily with a range of stakeholders including students, academic colleagues, and senior managers.

This is a fixed term position available for 2 years. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours) spread over 5 days a week, Monday - Friday.

Requests for secondment from internal candidates may be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.

The Business School supports hybrid working with arrangements agreed locally. In practice this means the team balances the working week with some time spent on campus and some time spent working from home, when this fits with operational needs.
