The main purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective administrative support for Assistant Director of Partnerships, the School Directors of Partnerships and the Head of School within Christ Church Business School.
Responsibilities include overseeing administrative processes, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring a stellar experience with partner institutions. The position reports to the Faculty Executive Services Manager and provides support to the Assistant Directors in partnership activities. Working closely with the Faculty Executive Support Team, the Faculty Quality Team, Faculty Course Support Team, IPAD, UKPAU, QSO and the Academic Link Tutors.
Christ Church Business School has around 1150 students based in Canterbury studying across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes with approximately 50 academic staff.
In addition to 10,000 plus students studying on collaborative partner courses across the UK and internationally. Courses are either validated or franchised from Canterbury Christ Church University. Locations include London, Manchester, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Cyprus, UAE, Singapore and Spain.
Candidates should be positive, proactive, self-motivated, approachable and will need to organised and able to demonstrate the ability to work with professionalism and flexibility in responding to changing priorities.
