Ashley Community & Housing (ACH) is embarking on a transformative project in collaboration with Aston University, aiming to develop innovative evaluation methods for their refugee and migrant integration services. This Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) initiative seeks to create the Holistic Impact Metric (HIM) tool, enabling ACH to better understand and demonstrate the effectiveness of their programs while paving the way for commercialization opportunities across various sectors. We are searching for a visionary candidate to join our dynamic team and lead this groundbreaking endeavour.

ACH envisions a future where refugees and migrants in the UK lead self-sufficient and ambitious lives. Our tailored integration services not only empower individuals but also challenge societal inequalities. With a proven track record of success, having assisted over 1000 individuals in achieving their goals in 2021 alone, we're committed to driving meaningful change.

This initiative stems from a decade-long partnership between ACH and the Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship (CREME) at Aston University. Together, we've collaborated on various projects focused on entrepreneurship, social integration, and organizational productivity. This partnership underscores the importance of assessing the social and economic impacts of our programs, highlighting the pivotal role of commercialization in driving growth and fostering innovation.

The key objectives of this project include developing the HIM tool to capture the economic and social impacts of our services, designing customer value propositions, and creating bespoke service programs for clients. This project is strategic for ACH as the HIM tool will demonstrate our effectiveness, identify potential customer segments, and inform our value proposition in commercialization efforts.

As a KTP Associate, you'll gain valuable skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and innovative business practices. This experience will broaden your career horizons and open doors to future opportunities.

We're seeking a visionary candidate with a Master's degree in business innovation or related fields, coupled with a passion for social change and a knack for navigating complex stakeholder landscapes. If you're ready to make a tangible difference and shape a more inclusive future, we invite you to join us.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer up to £4000 for personal and professional development, 25 days of annual leave, professional support, mentorship, and mental health and wellbeing support.

If you're ready to embark on this journey with us, please contact Dr. Shuai Qin (s.qin2@aston.ac.uk) or Thomas Dixon (tom.dixon@ach.org.uk) for more information.

Together, let's empower change and build a brighter future for refugees and migrants in the UK.
