Do you have experience of managing a timetable for a busy educational establishment?
Would you relish the opportunity to join our small, friendly operations team, taking lead responsibility for timetabling and scheduling for our courses in acting, dance and musical theatre?
You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and team, Course Leaders, Head Tutors and IT Manager to support the planning and delivery of the timetable using ProSolution (our timetabling Management Information System) and changes throughout the term. It’s a busy and thoroughgoing role where no two days are ever the same - and hugely exciting time to join our small, friendly, collegial team. If timetabling and scheduling is your forte, we offer a genuine opportunity to really make your mark on an organisation going through lots of exciting change, helping to establish, embed and improve processes and procedures that are failsafe.
Ideally, you’ll have a good undergraduate degree/diploma in a relevant discipline or a thorough understanding and awareness of all the underpinning administration needed to ensure the planning and smooth-running of a timetable gained through experience. What will really mark you out as a strong candidate will be your proactive approach and excellent relationship-building, organisational and administrative skills. And naturally, you’ll love what we do, be willing to get stuck in and be an all-round communicator – articulate, open, collaborative and a pleasure to work with.
If you are an experienced timetabler looking for an exciting new opportunity and this sounds like a challenge that would inspire you, we would love to hear from you.
