We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated member of staff to work with us as an invigilator on a supply bank basis.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a suitably skilled individual to work within our bank of invigilators. 

Key Accountabilities include:

• Attend invigilator training sessions prior to the examination cycle.
• Invigilate exams, both with students in a group situation and on a 1:1 basis
• Secure storage, management and conducting of external assessments during the examination cycle, in line with SQA security requirements.
• Report any irregularities in the conduct of an external assessment or concerning matters arising during an external assessment, to the Exams Officer.

Invigilators must be available during the prelim and exam diets for National 5 and Higher qualifications (end February/beginning of March and end April /throughout May).

There may also be an opportunity for invigilators to work throughout the academic year invigilating class tests and also for reader/scribe activity.
