HR Learning and Development Partner

Contract type: Open ended (Permanent)

Full time - 35 hours per week

The opportunity:

As HR Learning and Development Partner you will develop, coordinate, and deliver learning provision including self-paced eLearning, webinars and instructor led sessions to new and existing staff. This is a new role in the HR Process Improvement team which will focus on training and engagement on our end-to-end HR processes and systems to approx. 15000 staff. You will be communicating to, collaborating with and influencing a variety of stakeholders and key user groups.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week) however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

Your skills and attributes for success:

• Experience in designing and delivering Human Resources learning support using different formal, informal and online learning methods.
• Experience in carrying out effective training needs analysis and implementing relevant training intervention.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently, as well as cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to use initiative to respond effectively to changing priorities.
• Excellent IT skills and a proactive approach in keeping knowledge up to date around software, legislation, and technology changes.
