About us:
The Recruitment team sits within the wider People Services department within King’s College London University. We are a central team of 14 who handle the recruitment for the University and its various faculties / directorates/schools.
We are currently undertaking a recruitment transformation and implementing new policies and processes to improve the overall recruitment experience for candidate and hiring manager.
About the role:
The purpose of this role is to provide extensive administrative support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with the relevant Recruitment Advisor. This role will work closely with a Recruitment Advisor to manage the recruitment of an allocated faculty/school/directorate of the University.
This is a fast paced, high volume, administrative role and strong attention to detail and organisation skills will be required to be successful in this role. You will be responsible for ensuring that accurate contractual correspondence is issued to staff following employee lifecycle changes and stored appropriately on HR files/systems.
You will also be responsible for providing customer service responses using our internal communication platforms to track/respond to queries within agreed Service Level timeframes.
This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
Part time applications will be considered but will only be offered a 6 month contract. Please specify in your supporting statement if you will be applying on a part time basis.
