We have an exciting opportunity in the Business Support team for someone with a passion for providing exceptional support and confidential service to an executive team.

As a member of the Business Support team, you will work both with colleagues and independently using your own initiative, to find solutions to non-standard issues and requests.

As PA to the Executive Team, you will be responsible for:

  • maintaining confidentiality
  • providing proactive support to the executive team
  • supporting the Senior PA in achieving objectives

You will have:

  • extensive experience of as PA/EA supporting a team of executives within a large organisation
  • highly developed IT skills, including experience learning and using new systems and technologies.
  • excellent communication and network building skills
  • the ability to multitask, reprioritise and act proactively and often independently to meet objectives.
  • experience servicing meetings
  • flexibility and excellent time management skills

You will work within the IT Services Business Support team and are responsible to the Business Support Manager, located within the Office of the IT Director. We provide administrative and secretarial support to the wider department and the Executive team.

Based within our Brunswick Street building, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including arranging and servicing meetings, planning events, booking conferences and travel, diary management, action tracking and progressing, assisting with recruitment of new staff within the department, and dealing with confidential and sensitive reports and information.

This role is hybrid, based at our Sheffield campus, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
