Warwick Medical School (WMS) is looking for a coordinator to provide high quality administrative support across the iheed programmes.
This is a pivotal role as part of the partnership with iheed, providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact for queries related to iheed at Warwick, ensuring records are accurate and aligned with iheed, and working closely with both colleagues at iheed and across central teams at the university.
This is an opportunity for a candidate with significant skills and experience in administration, preferably from an HE background, to support the successful coordination of iheed programmes.
Permanent, full-time role (36.5 hours per week), hybrid working with 3 days per week on campus. Limited travel within the UK and Republic of Ireland may be required. Interviews will take place in person at the University.
About You
You should be an experienced administrator with excellent communication and IT skills who works accurately and with excellent attention to detail, particularly when processing data.
You should have a proactive approach, be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
