SP Jain London School of Management (SPJL) is a new OfS registered Business school, which commenced operations in October 2023.

The state-of-the-art campus is located in Canary Wharf. The School is a part of the SP Jain Group whose futuristic approach has led to campuses in Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore and Sydney. The SP Jain group provides global learning opportunities in person to our home and international students and online programmes using our innovative Engaged Learning Online platform.

Admissions Manager

We are seeking a well organised, excellent communicator who will organise the end-to-end admissions process for both direct and UCAS applications. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at SP Jain as we continue to develop and evolve this brand-new venture.

Responsibilities

To take overall responsibility for the end-to-end planning and operations of the Admissions office ensuring that admissions processes and procedures are current and coherent.

Profile requirements.

Proved experience of working in HE admissions, with a broad understanding of UCAS processes, knowledge of UK and international entry qualifications, confidence using HE IT & CRM systems with strong communication skills.

You will be self-reliant and flexible to undertake the work required in a new higher education institution. You will be committed to a continuous improvement and delivering an excellent student experience.
