The Opportunity:
The global child protection system is complex, and many people and organisations have a role to protect children from and prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Childlight, a global child safety institute, is seeking a Programme Manager to coordinate and manage a global network of individuals and organisations that are working with child sexual abuse and exploitation data. This includes coordinating a schedule of events and initiatives to collaborate on research, share data, and build knowledge and skills, such as a residency programme, research symposium, and workshops.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote (within the UK) and regular on-campus working.
Your skills and attributes for success:
Experience of partner, supplier or account management
Experience of working across different cultural and country contexts
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
A passion for making the world a better place and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation, improving services, and safeguarding children
