The University of Glasgow is seeking to appoint a Research Development Project Office within the Research & Innovation Services.
The postholder will collaborate with the Researcher Development Specialist (Research Staff) to deliver and grow an established framework of development activity for research staff. They will lead on the planning, delivery, and evaluation of key Talent Lab Research Leadership programmes for research staff, including Flourish and The Glasgow Crucible, that support the University’s strategic ambition to develop research leaders who are equipped to promote a positive research culture, foster interdisciplinarity, and contribute to the implementation of the Concordat for the Career Development of Researchers.
This post is part time (17.5 hours per week) and fixed term for 18 months.
