This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.

The University of Westminster is seeking to appoint a Senior Estates Project Manager to assist in the delivery of its ambitious and exciting campus development projects. With a significant planned capital expenditure programme, we are looking to ensure the delivery of high quality and dynamic teaching and learning spaces to support our University strategy and future growth. This programme includes a mix of new building construction and refurbishment schemes.

You will have a proven ability in managing full lifecycle programmes, planning and prioritising work, engaging and leading with professional consultants as well as internal stakeholders. Educated to degree level with a professional qualification (or equivalent experience), you will have substantial experience of managing a broad and complex project portfolio across multiple sites, including new building construction projects valuing over £30m. 

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations in line with project requirements and budgets. Above all you will be organised, methodical, with a high attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy office environment.
