A position has arisen in our busy Marketing Office, which will provide a wide range of administrative support the Marketing Team. The hours are 35 per week.

The successful applicant will ideally have extensive business administration knowledge and skills, including financial admin. With the ability to be an active member of the team at key in-person events such as Open Days, fairs, tours, school visits. They should also be well organised, able to plan a busy workload with close attention to detail.

The main purpose of the job is: 

  • To be the first point of contact for both internal and external enquiries.
  • To play a key part in the Marketing team, supporting the team to deliver the University’s marketing strategy and activities.
  • To provide high quality administrative and event support to the Marketing team as needed.
  • To support the marketing team in meeting business objectives as specified in personal development process.
  • To work in a user-focused, process led and open way.
