We are looking for a talented individual to provide maternity cover for our Student Support Co-ordinator role in the JJT Support Centre. This role is an exciting opportunity to help us shape, develop and implement operational student support provision. You will be responsible for the day-to-day advice and support service to students at the front of house in the new Support Centres.

Role Purpose
You will deliver a comprehensive support and advice service to UG and PGT students as well as work with senior / personal tutors. You will be the first port of call for all student enquiries/ advice, irrespective of whether they are programme related, general or require signposting to/ working with central/ academic support. You will provide advice and support face to face and through a range of media, like telephone, email, Student Portal, RISIS, etc. You will also contribute and participate in student facing school activities like induction, enrolment and enhancement week.

About You
We are looking for a highly competent member of staff, who enjoys working directly with students or staff on student related issues and has excellent customer service skills.

You are highly organised, have an empathetic and professional disposition allowing you to deal with complicated and sensitive matters.

You have excellent communication skills and the ability to write and produce accurate and easy to digest content for consumption by students using student portal and other platforms.

You have a strong focus on attention to detail and high quality output.
