What we’re looking for

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, customer-focussed individual to join us as a Quality Assurance Executive.

This role will support processes related to NCUK’s academic quality assurance activities, and will work with colleagues across NCUK’s Academic Directorate and within the wider organisation to ensure there are rigorous and effective processes in place to assure the quality and standards of NCUK awards.

What do you need?

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

• experience of working in quality assurance, monitoring and compliance in a regulated environment
• experience of data collection and statistical analysis
• excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

1. First stage will be a competency based interview via MS teams, currently planned to take place week commencing 13 May.
