Our comprehensive programme provides graduates with the necessary resources and assistance to navigate a structured pathway of training and growth, leading to a teaching qualification.
The internal development programme (LET'S Teach) covers training on; creative and innovative teaching methods, marking & feedback, assessment methods, quality, systems, planning, managing the learning environment, and more.
As part of this programme, you will immerse yourself in a classroom setting, utilising your technical expertise to manage equipment and support teaching staff. Additionally, you will actively engage with students in a learning support capacity, fostering their learning experience. To further enrich your academic background, our programme includes industry immersion days where you can apply your knowledge in practical scenarios, ensuring you are fully prepared to deliver an exceptional educational experience.
