In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving growth in apprenticeships and employer responsive provision by generating and nurturing qualified leads from businesses across the UK.
Day to day duties
You’ll be a confident self-starter, conducting outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach, to identify and engage with potential customers from across the UK. You’ll work comfortably in CRM to qualify leads, effectively communicate with prospects and you’ll schedule meetings and appointments, maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities for our sales team, to drive new business.
You’ll work across our sales and marketing team, optimising our customer journey, benchmarking and leveraging insights, maintaining data integrity and showcasing your experience in SEO and digital marketing to help drive relevant traffic to our website.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have experience in a sales driven role, preferably in an education or training setting, with an ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to achieve mutual sales and business objectives.
You’ll have experience in working in marketing, sales or recruitment, working intuitively with CRM systems and have proven experience of lead generation through sales and marketing tactics and techniques. You’ll bring strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
You will be self-motivated and results oriented, with a passion for driving growth and delivering excellent customer services.
You’ll have a demonstrable understanding of the sales and marketing mix, and be able to pull on a range of tactics to develop and grow existing business opportunities as well as generate new business leads.
