Applications are invited for the post of Post Doctoral Research Associate to contribute to the Leverhulme-funded project entitled “Gender impacts of face-to-face academic interactions: Evidence from conferences”.
The project’s goal is to identify and understand differential conference impacts by gender. By exploiting a natural experiment, the project aims to determine whether men and women benefit differently from disseminating their work though conferences, to document dynamics of gender differences among academics, and discover mechanisms that drive any gender differences.
