The University of Buckingham has a unique atmosphere, unlike that of any other higher educational institution. Despite being the UK’s smallest university and the only independent university to hold a Royal Charter, Buckingham has staff from over 60 countries, making it a truly distinctive work environment. Based on our beautiful Buckingham campus, you will be sure to feel a part of our friendly community. Our size enables us to foster a very personalised, supportive, inclusive and collaborative environment, with lots of opportunity for development, something which we are very proud of.
The Digital Transformation programme will deliver fit for purpose enterprise-wide connected solutions with the associated change process. It will establish foundations for future growth and development by providing solutions across Professional Services and Academic disciplines that ensure the University can function in the most efficient and productive way, whilst ensuring that the student experience is second to none.
One key project is evaluating the existing Student Management System and related operations, and assessing developments required to meet the University’s future needs. This has created the need for a Business Analyst to work alongside the Project Manager for Student Management Systems to deliver solutions. This role will be significant in delivering the future way of working for all activities related to the administration of the overall student journey, and in shaping the future of all functions directly involved. You will bring expertise in student systems and change management to determine requirements, assess and design best practice processes and ways of working, and deliver data-driven solutions.
