Estates is responsible for the management and development of University premises in Milton Keynes and its National and Regional Centres. The Infrastructure Team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, proactive Compliance and Programme Manager to join the team in helping the OU achieve its strategic objectives.
The role
We are looking for an Assistant to join our team, responsible for working on the main Reception for the Open University and being a member of the Liaison Line team acting as the first point of contact for all Estates related queries and requests.
As a member of the Reception/Liaison Line Team, you will be responsible for providing a customer-focused response to incoming visitors and dealing with Estates queries and requests. You will be using the computerised relational database for recording and processing task management of specified Estate’s activities.
There is a shift pattern for this role where you will be working 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday one week and then 9:00am – 5:30pm the following week.
