We are seeking a flexible and driven individual for the role of Access and Participation (A&P) Impact Manager, to work across the University reporting to the Head of Widening Access and Participation.
About the role
You will
As a key person working in Access and Participation you will represent this area of work on several groups and boards and you will be reporting some elements of A&P impact work to the APP Oversight Group.
About you
You will be able to engage with people across the institution with differing levels of experience with measuring impact and you will be able to engage in a supportive and collegiate way. You’ll be able to develop new relationships and maintain ongoing ones.
You will have experience of ideally both qualitative and quantitative research methods, although one will be accepted with a preference for experience in quantitative methodologies. You will also have experience or at least understanding of ethics processes.
As the lead on many different projects you will need to be able to mange a diverse portfolio of work whilst also managing a team of people. You will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and a desire to drive change through impact and data.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of managing people, but if you do not then applications will still be considered as there will be support through working closely with the Head of Widening Access and Participation.
This is a fixed-term role to cover for parental leave for up to 12 months
