The Technical Specialist team is one of many within Service Delivery and Infrastructure and plays a key role in the delivery of this roadmap, providing technical expertise and resource for many of the operational core change projects relating to AV and endpoint management as well as BAU development and support of those projects upon transition-to-live.

About the Role

This role will ensure best practice in team management and leadership ensuring your team understand and are empowered to deliver their objectives. This will require an understanding of when to lead from the front using your experience and knowledge to ‘get hands-on’, but also when to handover and devolve tasks and ensure these are delivered to a high standard.

The role will be the lead for the delivery of Audio Visual projects including design, delivery and transition-to-live to the front-line services as the first point of support, but also remaining available for escalation or as burst resource during peak times in support of colleagues.

This role will evolve our endpoint management via Intune ensuring more knowledge sharing across the team to alleviate single points of knowledge and to provide support to colleagues.

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate experience in a representative selection of the below, however we are also passionate believers in staff development, and will invest in candidates that may have areas requiring development that show aptitude and attitude
