St George's, University of London is seeking a strategic leader to drive the implementation and delivery of our Education and Student Experience strategy. The successful candidate will manage the student experience team, oversee external submissions, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in structures and processes.

The Head of Education Strategy and Student Experience will be instrumental in enhancing the services and support provided by the student experience team, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality experience throughout their time at the university. The role requires a proactive and collaborative approach, working with colleagues across the institution to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions 
  • Exceptional project management abilities, with experience in overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from conception to completion 
  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain high standards of work even under pressure 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders 
  • Experience of continuous improvement initiatives and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing enhancements to services and support 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with the enthusiasm and personal initiative to drive change and deliver results
