The Opportunity:
Childlight, a groundbreaking global child safety institute, has been established and embedded within the University of Edinburgh to take a data driven, evidence-based approach to better understand the prevalence and nature of child sexual exploitation and abuse globally. This data and analysis will be used by policy makers and practitioners across the world to make better informed decisions to safeguard children.
Childlight is seeking a Communications Manager, responsible for enhancing and building its reputation and influence with external audiences. The role requires balancing responses to media enquiries on key issues affecting Childlight, alongside the proactive promotion of Childlight research and activities, including through extensive stakeholder engagement, and delivering effective internal communications.
