Following the retirement of the existing postholder, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Nursery Services to join and lead the UEA Nursery which is part of the Sport and Commercial Services Division.
We would like to invite you to lead our busy, professional, and friendly team to provide a safe, secure, and exciting environment.
You will manage our 100 place Nursery, maintaining its excellent reputation and Outstanding Ofsted rating. You’ll be responsible for allocating places, recruiting and managing our professional team of staff and financial management of the Nursery.
You will have a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years qualification, proven post-qualification experience at a management level, with a solid understanding of child development. You’ll be a confident decision maker, with motivational skills and the ability to lead and inspire the team to deliver the highest standards of childcare to all children within the Nursery.

This full-time post is available from 23 September 2024 on an indefinite basis.
