This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

With responsibility for implementing the ER strategy by fostering positive relations and partnership working with our campus trade unions, this role is a critical enabler to support the successful delivery of the People and Culture vision. The role holder will also work across all three areas of the team, providing support and input to the Case Management and Policy teams in response to overall workload and team priorities.
The successful candidate will need to be resilient and outcome oriented; and work collaboratively across the People and Culture team and with key stakeholders across the University.
