To work as part of a team supporting students and staff with learning resources in a variety of formats. Support learning within the Learning Resource Centre by providing high quality guidance and support to students and staff on an individual or group basis with the use of learning resources, digital platforms, and information learning technologies. Issuing and returning items to the LRC and helping to maintain a welcoming environment for all. 

What skills are we looking for:

  • A Clear understanding of personal boundaries and safeguarding issues.
  • Ability to write and verbally communicate clearly, concisely and accurately.
  • IT skills and the ability to use the ILT system of the college.
  • Ability to work with people from different backgrounds and academic levels.

Responsibilities for the role:

  • To ensure high levels of customer service to students and staff at all time.
  • To maintain a safe and welcoming environment to all.

 The Location: The site is based in Nuneaton & Hinckley.
