Forest School is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to lead an effective and proactive recruitment strategy within our HR department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with our team and contribute to the achievement of our recruitment objectives across the Senior School, Preparatory School, and Sylvestrian Leisure Centre.

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in in-house recruitment, particularly within an educational setting. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating the recruitment activities across all mentioned areas, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment procedures and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in hiring and recruitment
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to conduct interviews
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

  • Experience of recruitment within in School
  • Knowledge of HR practices and regulations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software or tools
