About this role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional administrator to join UWE Bristol’s Academic Quality and Partnerships Enhancement team. As Quality Adviser you will provide specialist advice and operational support, working with teams and individuals across the University and at partner institutions, and contributing to policy development and implementation. In particular, you will support the development, oversight and enhancement of the University’s UK and international academic partnerships and associated collaborative provision (including apprenticeships).

About you: We are looking for someone with broad-based experience in a professional or specialist service in a large complex organisation, e.g. Higher Education. Qualified to graduate level or with equivalent experience, you have excellent organisational, interpersonal, written and spoken communication and IT skills. You are able to work independently to manage and prioritise a flexible portfolio and collaborate successfully with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have experience in extracting, analysing and interpreting data, and are confident in presenting it meaningfully to a range of audiences. You can demonstrate a commitment to your own continuing professional development and will thrive in a demanding yet rewarding environment, making an enthusiastic contribution to the Academic Quality and Partnerships Enhancement team and to Student and Academic Services more widely.

Where is this role based?

This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed.

Interviews will take place at our Frenchay campus and are likely to be scheduled in July.

This is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week.

UWE Bristol is a campus-based University, therefore, this role is campus-based with some opportunity for home working.
