Are you an organised, proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional learning experiences? We are seeking a committed Programme Coordinator to join our Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK team. This role is pivotal in the planning, preparation, logistics and delivery of our residential and online programmes, ensuring that every element meets our high standards and participants have an excellent experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, preparation and execution of programmes to ensure high standards and participant satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain process timelines and project plans, managing multiple programmes simultaneously.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, participants, academic and programme directors, faculty and external service providers.
  • Arrange accommodation, transport, catering and enrichment activities. Manage invitations, registrations and liaise with speakers for content requirements.
  • Process programme-specific invoices and negotiate expenditure with external suppliers.

You will have proven experience in event and project management, demonstrating high accuracy and standards. You should also excel in planning and logistics, effectively managing multiple deadlines, and have strong customer-facing skills, preferably with executive clients.

You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.
