The Opportunity

We are looking for a Training Manager to join our Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) Team. They will arrange training for both our researchers and our Lived Experience Advisory Panel (LEAP), so they can have informed conversations with one-another. 

This post is full-time (35 hours per week), for 12 months, however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns (including spreading the same total hours over a longer time period). We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.  

Your skills and attributes for success: 

  • Experience designing and delivery training for professional development
  • Detailed knowledge of the training sector and familiarity with traditional, modern and innovative training techniques. 
  • Familiarity with the higher education and research landscape
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Public Involvement and Engagement Experience.
