The School of Psychology is a vibrant, research active team of professionals with expertise covering a diverse range of Psychological studies. We are an inclusive Department encouraging and involving our students participation in active learning and research to develop highly skilled, knowledgeable and employment ready graduates.
There is a clear enthusiasm for developing programmes that offer students meaningful engagement with psychological science. Our UG course programmes and our applied MSc programmes (stage 2) are approved and accredited by the British Psychological Society. These are underpinned by a strong organisational structure and inclusive ethos, which greatly enhances the student experience and is reflected in our exceptional NSS results and the large numbers of applications that we receive year on year.
