We are seeking a highly motivated academic who has the commitment and ability to make an active contribution to the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London, Malta Campus.
The successful candidate will possess a PhD, MBBS or equivalent, with a demonstrable track record of outstanding teaching. This position primarily focuses on teaching and scholarly activities.
We encourage candidates who can deliver high quality education and assessment in the basic medical sciences relevant to clinical practice. This job opening is perfectly suited for individuals who are eager to transition into the field of Medical Education. We welcome applicants with a comprehensive understanding of multiple subject areas, particularly those with expertise in physiology and/or pharmacology. Experience in assessment is highly desirable.
The salary for appointment as Lecturer is circa €48,809.12 - €53,156.12 per annum + an annual Academic Allowance of €3,000. Benefits include 30 days annual leave.
