We have an exciting opportunity for a Skills Educator to join our Operating Department Practice team in the School of Human and Health Sciences at the University of Huddersfield.
The position offers an opportunity for you to support and help to deliver an inspirational learning experience to our undergraduate students who are studying Operating Department Practice. You will also support our apprentice programme ensuring learners are meeting their expected goals. The University offers state of the art teaching space within the new Daphne Steele National Health Innovation Campus where we have a brand new operating theatre simulation suite.
You must be a registered Operating Department Practitioner or Nurse and have degree level study in a relevant subject. You will be able to demonstrate broad clinical knowledge and demonstrate continuing professional development.
