The University’s Library and Learning Service (LLS) is seeking to recruit a self-motivated, customer-focused technical expert to support and build our online presence, and help ensure our virtual service aligns with both best practices, and face-to-face customer service provision to enhance the student experience.
Working in close collaboration with LLS colleagues, University stakeholders, and external suppliers, you will proactively lead in the management, development and technical support of our online platforms, including our websites, virtual learning environment, LibGuides and reading lists, taking an editorial role to ensure a consistent, professional approach.
You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and developing high-quality content for our digital platforms, as well as sourcing and tracking materials in support of teaching, learning and research.
Additionally, you will use your knowledge of copyright, content management systems, and reporting services to provide technical advice and support to colleagues, develop and documents workflows, and support decision-making.
