ABOUT THE ROLE
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will support the Principal Investigator (Dr Paul Ansdell) in the delivery of research activity on the project titled “Menstrual-related worsening of Multiple Sclerosis: when and why?”, a three-year program of research funded by the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

ABOUT THE TEAM
This project is being delivered within the Department of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation in collaboration with the Newcastle Hospitals NHS Trust and South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust. The Research Fellow will be part of a research team that includes academics and clinical colleagues from a range of disciplines including physiology, neurology, physiotherapy, and computer sciences.
ABOUT YOU
Applicants should hold a PhD, or be close to completion, and have demonstrable specialist expert knowledge in neuromuscular physiology, multiple sclerosis, or female physiology.
