This is an exciting opportunity to join the Sussex Projects Team at the University of Sussex.
We are seeking a dynamic colleague to support the digital transformation of our HR Division to provide a modern experience for current and prospective employees, leaders and managers supporting them to work in an efficient way.
Through this transformation we will not only replace current systems; this is a strategic initiative to encourage innovation across human resources and foster a culture of service excellence therefore transforming the employee and candidate experiences. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll spearhead the system implementation project within this transformative programme , leveraging your expertise to help us fulfil the University’s ambition of becoming an employer of choice and to enable our staff to flourish.
