Online Administrator

Responsible for the onboarding of our online students. This includes checking funding eligibility, conducting initial assessment, information, advice, guidance and induction to ensure an excellent student experience.

The post will include producing reports from the online platform to track and monitor students engagement and progress.

You will be the first point of contact for all online students with any technical or course difficulties.

Key Skills:

Essential

• GCSE A-C or equivalent maths and English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Problem solving skills

Desirable

• Customer service or business admin qualification
