About the Role:
The Royal College of Art is expanding its commitment to student wellbeing in response to growing demand for specialised mental health support. We are seeking a resourceful Mental Health Coordinator to lead the continuous development of our Wellbeing Strategy. This critical role will play a key part in developing our assessment journey preparedness for the University Mental Health Charter and ensuring the delivery of integrated, high-quality mental health services that seamlessly align with existing welfare initiatives.

We’re looking for someone with considerable initiative and a passion for mental health advocacy. Experience in a university setting is beneficial, though not essential. What matters most is your ability to develop and deliver a responsive, professional service that meets the diverse needs of our students and staff. Collaboration is key in this role, as you’ll be working with a wide range of stakeholders both within and outside the College.
